Richmond Emotional Supportive Therapy
(R.E.S.T.)

Some days are difficult to get through alone.

Are you feeling sad, angered or overwhelmed by a major life transition, such as an illness, personal loss or setback in a relationship, dilemma at work or at home? Are you facing many problems all at once and do not know how to cope, or where to turn?

A Supportive drop-in therapy group may benefit you.

Many people are currently waitlisted for counselling or mental health services in the community. The Richmond Mental Health Team is addressing this through offering an interactive therapy group that will provide individuals experiencing difficult times with emotional support.

The group will be led by trained therapists. Participation in a brief orientation session is required one week prior to attending group sessions.
